Vega attended Shortstack Mississippi’s ribbon cutting ceremony earlier in May, and got to see this beautiful building in person! Vega provided civil design for this project, and worked alongside Works Architecture and the Shortstack team. For more information about Shortstack Housing, click here.

A local improvement project that Vega contributed to (North Suttle Road LID) with the City of Portland has been nominated for the 2025 Excellence in Concrete Paving & Flatwork Award by the Oregon Concrete & Aggregate Producers Association. Congrats to everyone who worked on this project!
Cedar Rising, an 82-unit affordable housing development in Aloha, Oregon has been awarded Earth Advantage Platinum for its sustainable design. Vega collaborated on this project with Scott Edwards Architecture for BRIDGE Housing.

The whole team ventured out to the Ferguson Waterworks yard in North Portland where we went on a tour, snapped some pics worthy of an album cover, and assembled an R-Tank Stormwater Module. Big thanks to Ferguson for a great trip!
