Ground has officially broken on the Williams & Russell Affordable Homeownership Project in North Portland. Twenty townhomes with 24 units, down payment assistance, 40% BIPOC and women business participation, and Earth Advantage Platinum homes with rooftop solar are on the way to the long-vacant property. This is reparative, community-led development in action. Completion anticipated in 2027.
