Legin Commons is a 124-unit affordable housing complex named after the Chinese restaurant that once occupied the site, and serves the Jade District of southeast Portland at the edge of Portland Community College’s southeast campus. These units will serve families in the neighborhood with an emphasis on prioritizing communities of color, including the AAPI community in partnership with APANO, as well as serving the variety of housing needs of PCC’s diverse student body. Vega provided civil site design for this much needed addition to Portland’s affordable housing supply.
