Vega Civil Engineering, LLC, is a woman-owned company (WBE/DBE #12112) founded by Martha Williamson and Alex Wesolovski in Portland, Oregon, during the Spring of 2019. The owners have a combined experience of 32 years in civil site design for public and private projects, and are licensed to work in Oregon and Washington.

Vega Civil Engineering’s holistic approach to design delivers a quality product that fosters relationships and proactively addresses the challenges inherent within each project. Vega remains engaged throughout the duration of the project: providing design solutions, insight into jurisdictional requirements, and assistance during construction.
